One Integrated Rehabilitation Center for Addicts (IRCA) has been working in the district of Bhadrak since-1999. It provides treatment to addicts of Bhadrak, Keonjhar, Balasore and Jajpur districts free of cost. Till now it has provided treatment to more than 3500 patients
